This agreement applies to initial consultations with Utman Immigration. The consultation will be provided by Shehryar Khan Utmanzai, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), College/RCIC License #: [TO BE ADDED].

The purpose of the consultation is to understand the client’s circumstances and provide immigration and/or citizenship advice regarding potential options, relevant considerations, possible risks, and next steps.

Advice is based on the information provided by the client and the law and policy applicable at the time of the consultation. The client is expected to provide complete and truthful information.

An initial consultation does not create a full representation relationship. Application preparation, submission, or ongoing representation requires a separate written service agreement where applicable.

No specific immigration outcome is guaranteed. The applicable consultation fee and booking terms are shown at the time of booking.
