This category has additional requirements, including financial eligibility and program-specific conditions. Program availability and intake rules can change. Applicants should confirm the current requirements before making plans. Where permanent residence sponsorship is not currently available, eligible parents and grandparents may also have other temporary options, such as the Super Visa.
